Last time I’ve been to Berlin I’ve seen this question on the wall, too and took a photo (see here). I haven’t found an answer yet, neither on that wall or elsewhere, so the question is still immanent, I guess.

I’m in Dresden now – below is Dresden by night, taken during an enormous rainy thunderstorm from a bridge. At the other end you can see an archway where we escaped to. There we found three opera singers, practising, and we listened. We, that is my very good friend Isa and me :o)
