Track of the day – The Cars – “Drive”

Am too busy these days to work on photos and post them, shame, but I can’t help it. I don’t want to abandon my 365+1 moments though, so instead of a photo I’m just writing something, an exercise to maybe finally get over the sodding writer’s block (how I detest that word!) and to just let ‘it’ all out.

Anyway, about the track of the day – yesterday I took a trip down youtube memory lane, and if you’ve ever done it, you know how it goes – you watch a video and on the right side there are all these other video recommendations, and you click on one and then the next and you’re watching nineteen to a dozen videos at random and get lost in the maze that is Youtube, anyway … I remember I started with good old Neil Young last night and ended up with Shakespeare’s Sister, and somewhere inbetween the above musical gem popped up – “Drive”, a sad but beautiful song, but listen for yourselves, go and “youtube” your way through music, if you like.
