… although the dish is rather basic – I dedicate today’s moment to the simple culinary delight that is Sauerkraut. It is so fabulous that it doesn’t need a translation, but for those of you who are not familiar with this corner of haute cuisine: Sauerkraut is finely chopped cabbage, fermented with vinegar and salt. It doesn’t smell overly delicious, but it is healthy (Vitamin C), low-cal and just yumm. C* x
PS. Yes, I know today’s Friday the 13th. It was a good day so far, with Sauerkraut and sunshine and good work and, soon, a glass of vino. So here’s to Sauerkraut and Fridays of all counts.
